At Massage Blue Mountains Day Health Retreat, we use only Organic Products and Oils in ALL our treatments. Filled with essential oils, precious gems, herbs, and tinctures they are a treat for the senses. Some are hand made locally and some from Victoria, all with 100% Organic Ingredients.

We have Retail Products you can purchase if you wish after your treatments, or by emailing or phoning to re-order.

Using Organic products means no chemicals ON or IN our bodies, but more importantly it is a choice to support Organic Farming for future generations of people animals and plants. Organic Farming supports superior physical health & nutrition. It means we can be more connected to Mother Nature and each other. It is only smart to support the earth then the earth can keep supporting us!

  • We only use Organic Products, Essential Oils and Oils.
  • We currently do everything right here on our premises.
  • We use environmental laundry soaps and have a water and power saving means to do our laundry.
  • We are careful with our heat and lighting, only using what we need, but we make sure you are warm during your treatments.
  • We use all Cotton linen however we plan to phase this out see below.
  • We promote 3 minute showers for the pamper packages when used to reduce water usage.
  • We make our own candles that are sourced from ethical farming.
  • We clean using Enjo cleaning clothes.

ON OUR WAY TO DO

Fabrics. Its traditional to use Cotton Linen for treatments but even Organic Cotton only uses no chemicals but still uses huge amounts of water. Organic Cotton is a great start. Bamboo, Hemp, Soy and other new fabrics are being developed however there is still plenty of pros and cons around what is best. The main objective is as a community, country and on the earth itself we all start to find the best ways to reduce chemical pesticide use and too much water consumption.

We hope to move towards solar energy in the next two to three years..............
